About SPC Display Group
Service. Performance. Commitment.
Service, Performance and Commitment are the core of SPC Display Group's mission. SPC primarily serves retailers and brand marketers throughout the U.S., Mexico and Canada by providing in-house design, and domestic and import manufacturing of custom and standard wire, MDF, plastic and metal fixtures and POP displays. We also offer the Hanger Caddy™ hanger storage system, convenience carts, wire baskets, plastic display cases, display hooks, shopping carts, gondola accessories and more. Please visit our portfolio to see numerous examples of many completed projects.
In addition to design and manufacturing services, we also offer many value-added services that can be customized to your specifications, including store opening kit implementation, store replenishment programs, pre-staging, and nationwide chain rollout programs.
To more accurately reflect the continued evolution in staff size, sales, product offerings and capabilities that have been on-going since its founding in 1960 by Sam Pievac, the Sam Pievac Company (SPC), recently changed our corporate name, and associated corporate identity, to SPC Display Group. The name change more accurately identifies SPC Display Group as a global resource for custom and standard retail store fixtures and consumer brand POP displays.
Though a domestic manufacturer at the time, in 1982 SPC began a manufacturing partnership in Taiwan that eventually led to our SPC China manufacturing division, and the construction by our Chinese partner, in 2007, of a state-of-the-art 500,000 square foot facility in Xiamen, China.
Through the years SPC has grown our in-house design department, and expanded product offerings to not only include standard wire, metal, MDF and plastic fixtures and POP displays, but also custom store fixtures and POP displays, shopping and convenience carts and bags, printed signage, and the Hanger Caddy hanger storage system.
"After recently celebrating 50 years as the Sam Pievac Company, we feel now is the perfect time to reposition ourselves for the continued growth and expansion we intend to have over the next 50 years," states Mr. Scott Pievac, Chairman and CEO of SPC Display Group. "I'm very proud of everything my father, Sam, and my mother, Laura, created. I'm also proud of what we accomplished together in the 70's and 80's; and of everything my entire team, including our many valued strategic partners, have helped me accomplish since becoming President in 1988. Our on-going growth and evolution as a full-service provider of custom designed store fixtures and POP displays is due in great part to our customers, and to many exciting challenges they've invited us to assist with.
Of course we’re not yet completely satisfied. We know we can continue to help our customers grow, and we look forward to doing so as the SPC Display Group."
SPC Display Group, often associated with spokesman Shades, the Blue Duck, decided in August 2011 to move our corporate offices, main warehouse and distribution center to a new facility in Chino CA, while maintaining sales offices throughout the United States and, of course, a manufacturing facility in Xiamen, China. The Chino facility allowed SPC to assemble, store, stage and ship larger rollout requests for retail store fixtures and POP displays. There was also more office space that accommodated staff increases associated with expanded design, CAD, engineering and prototype reviewing departments to ensure even greater quality control over store fixture POP display, shopping cart, wire basket, hanger storage systems, gondola accessory, display hook and/or anything else we design and manufacture.
SPC Display Group decided, in February 2017, to once more move the corporate office, main warehouse, and distribution center, in anticipation of future changes in business, and changing needs and requirements. This time it was to a 90,000 square foot facility in Corona, CA that has 15 dock doors, allowing for more movement in and out of product, better turnover of product orders, and better service for all customers. In addition, the Corona facility is fully fenced and has secured loading docks, and a gated yard and receiving area, which improve security for all items stored in the yard. The office space is larger, to accommodate staff growth; has a larger break room and additional facilities for a larger warehouse staff; and a has dedicated space for our product showroom. In addition, from our office in Corona we have direct access to the 91 highway, and interstate US 15 for logistical trucking advantages.
With SPC on your team, you can trust you’ll have consistency across the line, whether you have a short run or a high-volume rollout.
